Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise

St Tropez, an integrated apartment and retail resort, established a distinctive resort style which changed the character of Surfers Paradise.

Completed in November 1979, St Tropez is a four level low-rise development, consisting of six residential apartments, 10 commercial offices and 16 retail shops. The complex also features an outdoor swimming pool.

Construction was completed in 40 weeks.
