The Esplanade, Broadbeach

La Grande Residence on the esplanade is where achitecture and beachside living meet.

Completed in October 1994, this development consists of four separate apartment buildings ranging between three and eight levels, offering a total of 60 residential apartments. The complex also includes an outdoor
swimming pool.

Construction was completed within 40 weeks.
