Completed in September 1980, Copacabana is a low rise development of some 5 levels, containing 45 residential apartments. The complex also offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas and spa.

Architectual flair characterises Copacabana with a French corn silo roof design and use of oasis-like water features thoughout the extensive landscaping.

Construction was completed in 26 weeks.
