For more than three decades the Raptis Group has been an active participant in the local community.

This involvement extends to the initiation and provision of community amenities and streetscaping and has included development of the Surfers Paradise Esplanade Promenade, parts of Elkhorn and Orchid avenues and street scapes surrounding the Phoenician Health Spa and Resort and the Towers of Chevron Renaissance.

More broadly, it means the Group takes an interest and is directly involved in community activities to keep the Gold Coast attractive for the enjoyment of all its residents and visitors. The Group contributes to numerous community and charitable groups in addition to a number of major sponsorships.

Raptis is a proud supporter of the arts, providing sponsorships to encourage cultural diversity on the Gold Coast through organisations such as the Queensland Ballet, and The Queensland Orchestra.
